Our family loved watching conference today! The messages were awesome! The two things that really stuck with me were both from President Monson.
He said that we need to find joy in the journey. Joy in our lives, joy in our children, joy in our homes, and joy in service. It is a tall order, but one that our family is going to strive to fulfill.
The other moment was when he said "What would you say if you only had 25 words to say to your family?" I have been pondering this all day. Not sure what I would say yet, but I am compelled by the question to think about the most important things in life.
Love to all of you. Hope you had a fantastic Sunday!

What a beautiful tribute to your in-laws. They couldn't help but feel loved from that celebration. So, 37 more years and we can hopefully still be able to stand up long enough to boogie down!
Jeri, I have to agree on the take-home-message. I've been thinking about how I can find joy in the journey? It gets so busy and overwhelming with daily dramas. Anyway, have you come up with any good thoughts on how to do that??
